What’s happening at INZIPIO
Inzipio CASPAI is now certified as a Class IIa medical device under the EU MDR.
This wasn't a straightforward path. As a startup, we've carried CASPAI through years of development, clinical validation, and regulatory work - technical documentation, risk management, a full quality management system, audits - all while continuing to build the software itself and grow the company.
Reaching this certification is a great milestone for Inzipio. It confirms that Inzipio and CASPAI meet the same regulatory bar as much larger medtech companies, and that CASPAI can now be used for patient care.
CASPAI supports preoperative planning for facial reconstruction after tumor removal in craniomaxillofacial surgery. With Inzipio CASPAI, surgeons plan surgery directly - directly in the browser, directly in their existing workflow. No installation, no back-and-forth, no dependency on someone else's timeline.

Three days at the DGMKG Annual Congress in Ulm—one of the most important events of the year for us.
From June 11 to 13, we had our own booth at the 76th Annual Congress of the German Society for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. This is where the oral and maxillofacial surgery community gathers: precisely the surgeons and clinics for whom we’re developing our automated surgical planning software.
The discussions were correspondingly valuable. The positive feedback has reinforced our commitment to this path: The need for faster, more affordable, and more intuitive planning is real, and many institutions want to move in exactly this direction.
At the same time, we’re working full steam ahead on the next steps toward market entry. We’ll share more on this shortly.
